I never used SCP too much, especially since the ArchMgr autostart setting
wasn't really reliable. You could check the (auto-)start settings in the
processd ticket file ${SPECROOT}/lib/SDPM/partlist/ARCHMGR.idb. Furthermore,
I'd recommend a look into the typical log files: RCPD.OUT, ARCHMGR.OUT, VNM.OUT

No I am refering to the primary server.
The post_olb_script is standard.
We start it manually from the SCP.
