Hi Ferey, You probably need to use the Notes Field of the device. As the Recommended Actions are read from the pcause files you had to modify those to get it seamless into Spectrum/OneClick. But as they are read at different times and possibly different locations (multiple OneClick server) – this is impossible.

Now beside the recommended action which each alarms has, i want to add an extra and same comment for any alarm that is being generated by model A in Spectrum. Any suggestion? Thank you.
