Hi Jon, all, there might be some specific behaviour with that container type I'm not aware of. Therefore I suggest to start with the basic stuff:
Does that container have a specific Security_String? Do the users/user groups in question have access rights for that Security_String granted? Are you able to set a Security_String on that container?
