Hi Warren, all.
You have made some nice suggestion
== MANUAL/WIKI ==
There is already a wiki located at
https://sourceforge.net/p/speed-dreams/wiki/Home/
and it is already liked in the SD home page, maybe it has not the
visibility it deserve.
I think write access is currently only available to the dev team members.
The wiki has already a good amount of information's about SD, but I'm with
you when you say:
- information is not centralized enough (wiki, post on the forums, mailing
list,chats, files installed etc), and this cause of some documentation to
not to be updated as it should.
- not everything is as well documented as it should be.
That is probably due to:
- lack of manpower, the team is not big enough to have a dedicated person
who write documentation
- other priorities: developers, from my experience, likes more to write
code instead of documentation (myself included)
I think your help is well appreciated and wanted but please don't do work
for the sake of doing it, and try not to create another
soon-to-be-unmantained manual but update what is already in place in
accordance with the rest of the dev team.
== PUBBLICITY/FOLLOWERS ==
Some work was done in this direction we already have account setup in all
the social (twitter, facebook, google+, youtube etc)
Maybe they are not as active as they should and we can try to have them
more active with more posting about development updates.
I've always tough that the best publicity for a game is playing it, when we
will have online multiplayer mode available I think that will help a lot.
Thanks for all the help you will give!
Cheers, Madbad
