Exactly.  The type test measures your preferences.  Those preferences 
are OFTEN, but not ALWAYS, associated with certain skills or 
tendencies.  You will always find exceptions.  For example, I seem to 
be the only S so far.  N's are just *generally* better at seeing 
patterns.  So call me an exception.  (Or don't, considering I'm 
probably one of the most pathetic cubers here....)

My roommate in college was depressed after finding out he was INTP.  
He wanted to be a scientist so he thought he had to be INTJ.  But the 
16 types are not meant to be rigid boxes - only rough predictors.  
Well, long story short he gave up on science and majored in math 
instead.  :P

So don't worry about who you are.  Oh yeah, and Craig - though I've 
not met you, I was prety sure of the E part...there are "not a few" 
posts by you!
