OK, I was really, /really/ bored, and tried this for 400 throws, i.e., 25 complete cycles of the Pochmann sequence: You have won 79, lost 164, and tied 157 games Statistics for 400 games winning percentage*: -21.25% won : 19.75% lost: 41.00% tied: 39.25% The percentage of wins for the program increased steadily (but slowly) after some tens of games. Here's the result of 300 throws of RRRRRRRR... You have won 1, lost 150, and tied 149 games Statistics for 300 games winning percentage*: -49.67% won : 0.33% lost: 50.00% tied: 49.67% As you can see, it threw scissors only once, and is rigged so that it won't win more than 50% of the games on average.
