Well, it's sort of a half S turn and half M turn. I guess to write it more exactly I would say (R' U) L y (R U R' U') x S The first y is only a half y turn. Turn the cube so that you don't have a flat face in the front as an F face, but rather what started as the FL edge. The FL edge should be the closest part of the cube to you. Execute the (RUR'U') from this angle. Then do the x as if you were doing regular x rotation, but rotate with that FL edge still closest to you. Also only do it as a half turn. This way the S turn is halfway between an M and an S. I wish I had a camera and I could show you. I've gotten it in 1.5x seconds several times though, so I mean it can be quite fast.
