Hi Gilles !! It's not hard find these if u understand the nature of inner slice turns. They cycle 4 centers and 4 edges. So u know how many edges that u have to "fix" after such a turn. And you insert edges into the slice as needed. Oh, and 25 yrs of cubing experience and fewest moves does help a lot :-)
