Argh, forgot to suggest directions in the end. I'd also like to group
them differently.

Between the groups the left hand must regrip, but it can be done
*while* the right hand pulls the U. No other regripping necessary.
Always hold it so that the thumbs touch either F or B. With practice
the whole algorithm should be one fluent motion.
