No, this was a photo from twistypuzzles.com. But I can see from the photo that the caps are identical to the 2006 black DIY caps (with the offset small tabs). Ideally the perfect center would have arches but the old style caps (with the thick walls). But that would consume more plastic, so I imagine they always look for ways to manufacture it for less.
