Bonjour � tous,

euh, je m'excuse le message est un peu lon g mais le copier /coller de
parties de logs ca prend de la place.


    Je suis assez neuneu sous linux.
Je voudrais dire que j'ai installer une mandrake 8.1 qui propose des
l'installation la mise en oeuvre du speedtouch.
C'est ce que j'ai fais mais l'installe m'a renvoyer en me demandant d'aller
chercher le fichier mgmt.o chez alcatel et de la copier dans un r�pertoire.
C'est ce que j'ai fais nient.

Alors j'ai fais une recherche sur le sujet j'ai t�l�charger les sources du
fameux drivers lit la doc et j'ai r�ussi � lancer mon modem et a me
conencter � l'inetrnet avec :
pppd call adsl.

Au pr�alable j'ai charger le module ohci en remplacant dans mon module.conf
qqch uhci par ohci, j'ai vu que ma carte pci/usb supportait cette norme.
J'ai copier le script adsl.sh dans /etc/rc.d/init .... pour le d�marrage
automaitque.

Je fait des peites modifs sur mes services avec linuxconf, je ne sais pas si
ca peut influer.

Je vais dormir.

J'allume mon ordinateur marche plus ? ! !

Je ne sais plus ou regarder pour progresser, je garde espoir car je sais que
ca peut marcher je l'ai fais marcher je n'atais pas sous.

(apart� lors du reboot je crois que mon systeme bloque sur le demontage des

Au fait j'ai lu qu il etait pr�f�reable de recomplier sons noyeau pour
supporter le persist
des connexions.
Comment recompiler ?

D'ailleurs j'ai pas beaucoup de connaissance sur le noyeau comment y ajouter
des modules de maniere permanente .... Je ne sais pas si la bidouille dans
modules.conf que j'ai faite est r�glo ?
