Having just restarted my adsl link after 15 days of uniterrupted service I
came across a problem with the adsl start script. Basically Ihadn't copied
the config values into it so it failed to start adsl. This is going to be a
problem for packages upgrading as config data will be lost if the script is
over-written (which it should be, there may be a bug to fix).

I propose /etc/speedtouch to hold the config data which can be included by
the /etc/init.d/adsl script. If no one objects loudly then I'll do that in
the next few days.

Question for the LSB people. If you locally compile and install the
speedtouch driver should you put the config in /etc/speedtouch
or /usr/local/etc/speedtouch?

Question for the BSD people. Do you want the same sort of config setup or
can I blithley ignore BSD when I update the Makefiles?
