(i've red hat and didn't have any luck.) as i was saying earlier, i think that the distros that have started to become availible with the speedstream set-up, are configuring it for pppoa. as a matter of fact, i tried mandrake from a fresh install over the weekend to take a closer look because during install, it offers to set it up. i choose adsl, then it offers four options. one is the speedstream and one is pppoe. but i want the speedstream WITH pppoe. d'oh!
