Okay, I've stopped using the .sys file that came on the windows driver CD and I'm using the mgmt.o file instead. My connection speeds are now around the 60 Kb/s mark. Much better.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I have a PIIX4 USB chipset if that is of any use.
