Okay, I've stopped using the .sys file that came on the windows driver
CD and I'm using the mgmt.o file instead. My connection speeds are now
around the 60 Kb/s mark. Much better.

Subject: [speedtouch] Slow connection with a SpeedTouch 330 and PIIX4
rev1 USB chipset + CRC error in AAL5 frame

Hello,

I'm getting very slow connections (sometimes as low as 2 KB/s) with my
SpeedTouch 330. I had to patch the speedtouch source code to get the
modem working in the first place (something about an alternative
endpoint) but I'm getting hundreds of "CRC error in AAL5 frame" messages
and the connection is really slow and I think this is the cause. Does
anyone have a fix for this? I have a PIIX4 USB chipset if that is of any
use.

Many thanks,

Frans King
