Hi I never had any problem getting Benoît Papillault's drivers to work as I followed his instructions. SpeedTouch works great in SuSE8 and 8.1 with no problems.
I wrote a small script and modified rc5.d so that it starts automatically when I boot. I also setup SuSEfirewall2 to operate in "Stealth" mode. For what it worth, I didn't use any SuSE documents.
