I've had no problems using the line at full speed both up and down at the same time.
I get a few AAL5/CRC errors, but these do not seem to affect the speed and from the other posting to this list appear to be quite common. My only problem is that the modem hangs from time to time (about once a week or so) requiring a reboot. Sorry not to be more help - I hope you get it sorted out.
