Thanks Ed, Looks like Ill need a USB sniffer to see what windows does, according to the Development Road Map section. There is also a section that has sample code which will download the microcode. However, it makes a reference to the "libusb" library of Linux OS. When I go to the link, I cannot find this library. Here is the webpage:
