Is this just the best error message ever it does not stop me connecting to
the internet, in fact its surprisingly nippy, I have moved from the
user-space driver so may have some trash laying around (I cut myself down
from 3 modem_runs to 1 the latest 1.2beta3, and may have some other junk,
little extract from dmesg:-

I suspect this is nothing to do with your driver but to do with my
modules.conf etc although I would love to know.
