when /usr/sbin/pppd call speedtch at /var/log/messages i take this pppd[3355] Plugin pppoatm.so loaden pppd[3355]:PPPoATM plugin_init pppd[3355]:setdevname-pppatm-SUCCESS8.35 pppd[3355]:pppd 2.4.3 started by root , uid 0 pppd[3355]:using interface ppp0 pppd[3355]:connect ppp0<- ->8.35 pppd[3355]:connection terminated pppd[3355]:Exit. with dmesg | grep speed usbcore:registered new driver speedtch usb 3-4:found stage 1 firmware speedtch-1.bin usb 3-4:found stage 2 firmware speedtch-2.bin with dmesg|grep DSL ADSL line is synchronising DSL line goes up ADSL line is up(384Kib/s/128Kib/s up) My isp uses dsl over atm.I don't what else can i give to you.
