At closer inspection I see an error in your script...
As you posted it:

#!/bin/bash
/usr/sbin/modem_run -k -f /usr/share/speedtouch/mgmt.o sleep 5 &&
br2684ctl -b -c 0 -a 8.35 &&
sleep 5 &&
ifconfig nas0 192.168.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 &&
sleep 20 &&
/usr/sbin/pppd call speedtch

The second line should be split in two, such that the result is:

#!/bin/bash
/usr/sbin/modem_run -k -f /usr/share/speedtouch/mgmt.o
sleep 5 &&
br2684ctl -b -c 0 -a 8.35 &&
sleep 5 &&
ifconfig nas0 192.168.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 &&
sleep 20 &&
/usr/sbin/pppd call speedtch
