Well, I'm waiting for your next email, but let me advance with the last thing I tried: That last part of pppoe section, where I have to create a script /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0 ... So this part is giving a terrible headache, because I have found something in this script (I say something because I don't understand anything concerning its work) that is hanging my computer. I just have learned how to enter in the linux rescue, using the fedora 4 cd 1 and there remove this file ifcfg-ppp0 and everything runs well again, of course, without the modem working. So...
