I've changed a couple of details the page yesterday and it works fine for me with Ubuntu-5.10 (I've not downloaded Kubuntu-5.10 yet but it should be the same). Perhaps you still have an old copy of the page in your browsers cache? Could you be a bit more specific about which bit is not working? I found it slightly easier to get it working on Ubuntu-5.10 because it comes with libatm already installed.
