I wrote that you will use a python web framework for the online stuff. I think a big plus could be to design it modular to let different web frameworks use it as a plugin. The web2py comunity is curretly going towards Sphinx [1] but still trying to find ways [2] for only collaboration (FAQ, WIKI [3]). The user wiki already parses ReSt [4].
