The problem with that is that the only option you have for proper MathML support is either XHTML 1.1 or HTML 5, which in essence translates to Firefox 3/3.5 and Firefox 3.6. You can get some MathML support with Opera and its UserJS. Other than that, the support is fairly non-existing.
