I am trying to create a table in my documentation. I have tried both versions shown here: http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/user/rst/quickref.html#tables, but neither comes out looking like the output shown. In particular, I don't get a border around the table. I also want to tweak the padding inside the table elements--the default seems to have no padding on the left, which looks bad. I suspect this is a simple thing to do, but a pointer to the appropriate configuration/CSS/html file to edit would be appreciated. Also, I get exactly the opposite situation in the latex/pdf output: the table has the outer border, but no inner cell borders. I would like all the borders to show up in both the latex and html output.
