In the doc it refers to a sample config file, can't find this on my
machine. I am on Windows so looked in "users/userid/.rst2pdf" and the
rst2pdf installation folder.
Some of these configuration options can be defined in the Sphinx
conf.py, is this true for all of them by just prefixing "pdf_"?
BTW, only link to the manual I found is a "small link" under features -
you might want to make it a bit more prominent.
