A quick check with rst2html.py told me that the second item is parsed as a
list item containing a definition list, which makes sense.

Reporting on the tracker is what I recommend, but writing to this list is
fine as well.

The behavior is clearly a bug, and I've now fixed it in changeset 93ae46825651
in the 0.6 branch.  It will be part of the next bugfix release.
