1.0 is currently in development and far from being released. However the main 
branch is quite stable so you could just get the tip from the repo.

Instead of using the main branch you could also use sphinx-domains which 
should be just as stable but allows you to document C, C++ and Javascript code 
as easy as Python code. If you have interest in another language you could 
write a domain for it, if you do a good job it might be part of Sphinx 1.0.
