Hello everybody,
My name is Daniel Neuhäuser and I am one of the tree students who will work on
Sphinx during the Google Summer of Code. My task will be porting Sphinx to
Python 3.x and after that I will work on the webapp.

Although we are currently in the "Community Bonding Period" I already started
porting Sphinx, if you want to follow my progress you can do so by following
the bitbucket repo <http://bitbucket.org/DasIch/sphinx-py3k> or me. For those
of you who want to see the interesting parts right away and don't want to look
at every commit you can read my blog <http://dasdasich.blogspot.com/>, where
I will post at least weekly reports about the progress of the project. You can
also follow me on twitter <http://twitter.com/DasIch> or the complete list of
Pocoo GSoC students <http://twitter.com/PocooProject/gsoc-students-2010>.

Initially I proposed getting sphinx.web, which was developed during the last
year, to work with the current Sphinx version and maybe add some features or
fix a couple of things. However as another student, Jacob Mason
<http://gsoc.jacobmason.us/blog/>, has proposed creating a new web application
which replaces the old unfinished one. Currently it looks like we are going to
make a review of the old implementation and see what we can use and then we
will create a new web application.
