When I'm working on Sphinx content, I found I was reloading the page
in the browser quite a lot: edit -> make -> switch to browser ->
reload
So here's a simple scheme for automatically reloading the page
automatically, so the cycle becomes: edit -> make
http://reloadmypage.com
