I'm very new to sphinx and am impressed! When making a pdf output, how do I control the style of a csv table? I assume it is done through the preamble arg to latex_elements in conf.py... but can you give an example?
Also, the default behavior is for the table is to have its caption above the table. How can I move it below? And, finally, is there a way for the pdf (and not the html) to show in line references (using :ref: or otherwise) as the table number rather than the table name?
