Is it somehow possible to have a figure caption different form the text of 
the link to that figure?

For example:

Some text (see :ref:`myFigure`).

.. _myFigure:

.. figure:: _static/UnixFileSystem.jpg
   :width: 50%
   :alt: Unix file system
   :align: center

   Unix file system

Here I want the caption to be 'Unix file system', but the link should be 
just 'figure'. While in the example -- the link will be called 'Unix file 
system' -- sounds as if I were linking to another page -- while I'm just 
linking to the figure below that paragraph.
