Is it possible to display index sub-entries in case-insensitive order?
In the documentation I'm creating with Sphinx 1.1.3 the *main* index
entries appear to be sorted in case-*insensitive* order.
eg
garbage collection
Git Extensions
git init
However, index *sub*-entries appear to be sorted in case-*sensitive* order.
eg
Visual Studio
Dragon Console
Extension Manager
Pending Changes dialog
committing
file history
icons
Is this a bug or is there some directive or setting that would allow index
sub-entries to be displayed in case-insensitive order, as the main index
entries are?
