Your contents can be translated to any language that is not listed in the sphinx documentation like as Latein(la), or Klingon (tlh). Please refer "Internationalization" page in the sphinx documentation [3]_. Sphinx provides several languages for system strings like a menu part of the generated HTML. It is listed in the sphinx documentation. It has been made by the volunteers on the transifex service [4]_. If you're interested, please join it.
