Hi there.
I get warnings like the following:
WARNING: Malformed option description u'+log=<FILE>', should look like "opt",
"-opt args", "--opt args" or "/opt args"
What is wrong about option syntax like +log=<FILE>?
Can Sphinx be made to accept it?
