Hi!
If I have the following document:

.. program:: ase-db
.. option:: -h
help
------------------
then I can link to the -h option like this: :option:`ase-db -h`. I
would like to link to the program ase-db, but :program:`ase-db` doesn't
seem to do that. Is there a way to make that work?
