sphinx/texinputs/tabulary.sty was removed in b8e0e935 <https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/commit/b8e0e935e47560859dcfb9c236746d4bda19122a> - it is however still used and there is no package that provides this (except actually old versions of sphinx) on rhel7. Please can someone clarify why it was removed? I think it should still be in the repo and if there is agreement on this I will make a pr to add it back.
