Hello everyone, OK, I think I got the pages now in a more or less workable state. There is now the contrib part so that members can become contributing members once they are approved by the application mamangers.
That, of course, means you need to have application managers too! I've built that into the system as well. Currently there are three AMs, mainly there to play around with settings etc. They are me tbm (using your debian address) Nils Try it out and let me know if there are problems. There is probably plenty of fiddly things that need refinement, liek checking what the AMs do for example. You can have an application approved but a member not approved. The complexity is due to the fact you can be a member but then have to re-apply. In Debian you apply once. If someone wants to have a go at writing the sanity checking in perl for a weekly report then you're welcome to it. I'll get aronud to that eventually. Finally, someone has to write some documentation about the process, like what is a contribution? - Craig -- Craig Small VK2XLZ GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 Eye-Net Consulting http://www.eye-net.com.au/ <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> MIEEE <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Debian developer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
