Hello all, Please find below a resolution to be voted on at the next board meeting:
Whereas 1. The Debian mark is an important piece of intellectual property; 2. The Debian project wishes to protect the mark; 3. The DPL has authorised expenditure for registering the Debian mark throughout the EU; The SPI board resolves that 1. Neil McGovern may proceed with registering the mark 'Debian' though a trademark solicitor with the CTM system. Thanks, -- Neil McGovern Secretary, Software in the Public Interest, Inc.
