Alright, so it turns out that Emscripten actually
can be used to do a (presumably intensely slow) port of
the quic library.  But since spice really seems to like Quic,
that ended up being a path of lesser resistance.

The attached screenshot shows my xterm displaying in all it's glory...
now I just need to be able to type something or move the mouse, and we can ship it <grin>.

In all seriousness, don't get excited; this is really just the very,
very beginning.  My current primary goal is to get far enough that I can do some performance
assessments, to make sure this is a viable path.  I also hope to learn enough
to better understand the overall scope of effort.
