Also the "Add arbitrary resolution and monitors_config Escape" already has a rationale for this patch that is: "Windows can handle low resolution just fine, the old (XPDM) driver behaves like this too. There is no reason for making any restriction at all." (actually this rationale apply the the wrong patch!) Frediano
