Does anybody know if the Rimmer Bros part number 714482 crash pad is actually the whole crash pad assembly, and not just a coverlay cover or other such covering? It seams a little cheap at about $60 for the whole thing, but a little expensive for just a cover. I need the actual crash pad that bolts to the fascia, not just a coverlay (which I already have) I though originally that I could use a MK4/1500 one by modifying it (cutting it to fit) but it doesnt look promising as the later pad assemblies are formed slightly differently as well as being longer. I might still be able to use it, but it would certianly be easier to have the correct part -
