Part number 159650 for early MkIVs, part number 159654 was introduced at
commission number FH50,000, which was the change point to the long
halfshaft. I don't have free length measurements on these springs, though
I'm sure John Thomason covered the subject in The Courier some time ago. 
Maybe someone should ask Rimmers why they only have one type of spring when
other specialists carry both,
