Congrats for the 34 years. That's about when I bought my first Spitfire, and I
still have my 2nd bought in 1994, as well as a 1962 Spitfire we've owned for
about 20 years.

I hope you get yours recommissioned and back out on the road this year.

The list may not be very active these days but it does bring a feeling of warm
nostalgia whenever a post pops up reminding me of those early days of the
Internet when your lists brought Spitfires, and other cars, owners together
from many points around the globe.

Currently heading home in a Bond Equipe convertible, roof down as always, on a
day thats getting progressively wetter - very noticeable when we have to stop
at junctions!

Best wishes to all
From
Suzie Singleton (was Hunneybell all those years ago.)

So I just went out to the garage, curious about one thing. When was the
car I plan to get running soon last registered? What a shock! 16 years
ago! I had no idea it was that long ago. How time flies!
