Dear Daniel, Can you list the actual changes you made to the defaults and limits. I am trying to plot the same thing and it feels a bit like black box, to figure out where you made the changes?
Does the softening length have any relation to the softening set in the Gadget2 parameterfile? Btw, this is a 3D plot. Is it possible to make a 2D plot also?
