Hi Francesco, Probably you just need to install Xquartz so that the X-windows server launches automatically:
https://www.xquartz.org If visualising from a remote machine you need to use "ssh -X" or "ssh -Y" when logging in to make sure the X-windows connection is forwarded correctly.
