You need to think of the difference between air flow,
and air pressure.  CFM stands for Cubic Feet per
Minute.  The item claims 600 CFM of air *FLOW* -
meaning that that much air can pass through it.  For a
turbo to work it has to put in enough air to actually
compress the air.  I doubt that a plastic 12v fan can
spin fast enough to compress air into your engine at
full throttle running at 5000+ RPM and give you any
noticable HP increase.

Unless I see a dyno that gives 50+ hp increase like a
real turbo does, then I say stay save your money...  

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is...
