There could be a couple things that could be wrong if your car is overheating.  Flushing the system would be the first place I would start.   Check the thermostat, water pump, belt loose, belt tensioner bad, fan not coming on (this could possibly be a bad sensor or fuse) Not necessarily in that order.   Hope this helps Tom   Hey all, I just got back home to Atlanta, and my car has been overheating a lot.  I added oil and checked the bay, but everything seems to be fine.  I'm thinking I might need to flush the coolant system.  Anyone have any ideas? If it is the coolant system, how hard is it to do the flush myself?  I've never messed with it before.  Or is it worth it just to pay the $45 for someone to do it? Thanks for any advice.
