The 40mm might require 3mm wheel spacers. 205's should fit okay, 215's might be too wide, depending on the brand (there are a few mm variations on the same size tire between brands). It might be worth calling tirerack and asking them before making your purchase, it's likely that they will have more data to work with that I do.
