You will want to slap in a new IAT sensor and coolant temp sensor, both willl run $25.  I have seen IAT's go bad w/o throwing a code and Coolant sensors choke when they choose to, hehe.

Make sure you dont have dark plugs, dousing them with excess fuel. You dont want to over fuel the cylinder walls as you can glaze them with fuel and cause poor ring seal down he road. Not saying thats happening just a tip.

Well if i give the throttle a little blip it will help it start. And i am running about 55-60 psi on my fuel system and yes stock injectors and a SDS 2 extra injector setup. But if it was the fuel why would it only do it after it is warmed up? And yes all the plugs look good.
